Here in Fran...I'm with you on the window shopping. <BR/><BR/> Here in France you cannot change your Etat Civile which means people are stuck with their driving licences etc . This has caused problems. One young man got into trouble because he had a woman's driving licence because he couldn't change it. Hopefully things will get better everywhere.
